The Colorado High School Football 2022 Activities Association may be a voluntary association of quite 350 member schools that has public, private, and charter schools. CHSAA has been the state’s administration of high school sports and activities since 1921. Its mission is to serve its membership through the advancement of, and therefore the student’s participation in, interscholastic activities, which are an integral component and a complement to the tutorial goals of its member schools. The CHSAA sponsors championship events in 27 boys’ and girls’ sports events in student council, music, and speech. Over 58% of the state’s students participate in a minimum of one activity sponsored by the CHSAA.

OUR MISSION
The Colorado High School Coaches Association was founded in 1934 and currently serves more than 2,900 coaches in the state of Colorado. Through this mission, CHSAA provides support for all groups of CHSAA-approved sports coaching in Colorado. The objectives of CHSAA are to:
- Provide Member Benefits, such as the Association’s $1,000,000 per member general liability insurance program
- Member Recognition through the Association’s extensive awards program and Hall of Fame
- Provide Member Education via sport-specific coaching clinics and seminar
- Host the Colorado All-State Games
Association Funds & Properties
Upon completion of the active activities of the Association, the Board of Directors shall preserve, manage and manage the assets of the Association for the benefit of the public school members of the Association as per the date of completion. In this role, the Board of Directors shall have all the powers of a trustee under the provisions of Section 15-1-804 of the Colorado Fiduciaries ’Power Act.
Upon the direction of a two-thirds positive vote of these members voting of the legislature, the Board of Directors shall dissolve the Association and distribute its assets. Upon dissolution, after payment of all debts and liabilities, the assets of the Association shall be allocated among and distributed to the general public school members in accordance with the subsequent formula:
One share is going to be allocated to every public school that has been a member for five years or less, counting on the date of completion. Two shares are going to be allotted for every public high school that has been a member for quite 5 years but less than 10 years. Three shares are going to be allocated for every public high school that has quite 10 members but less than 20 years. Four shares are going to be allocated to every public high school for quite 20 years. The entire assets available for distribution are going to be divided by the entire number of shares and every public high school member will receive a payment adequate to the number of shares during which the partner may be a part.
